TV guide to college football

In this day and age, just about every college football game is televised in some capacity, especially now that online streaming is a widely available option.  Yet, in the midst of all of the different channels, apps, websites, licenses, sublicenses, and brandings, some folks still have some issues figuring out exactly where they can find the game they want to watch.

Week 1 wrap up

Amazingly, in a weekend full of big games, there was only one Power 5 conference game.  Ohio State put the beat down on Indiana after a sluggish start.

Controls destiny:
Ohio State (1-0) has a tiebreaker over Indiana.

Needs help:
Indiana (0-1) needs 2 Ohio State losses.

Week 2 will see 3 conferences games, with the ACC, SEC, and Pac-12 joining the action.

The Championship of Life

On November 21, 2016, as Tennessee was already out of contention for the national and SEC championships, Butch Jones referred to his team as "Champions of Life".  Of course, he didn't wait until the season was over, having made this claim prior to the regular season finale against Vanderbilt.

Naturally, Vanderbilt won that game, and became the new "Champions of Life".  We're here to track the "Champions of Life" as they defend that title game by game.

What to Watch: Week 0

A new rule has basically added another week to the football season.   As you probably know, any team that travels to Hawaii gets a 13th game, an extra home game to offset the expense.  Now, they can play that game the weekend before Labor Day.  Add that to the new Australian kick off game, and we have Week Zero.

Tony's 2017 Predictions

Well, the preseason AP Poll was just released today - and we are just 5 days from the beginning of "Week Zero" (10 days from the start of the season proper). With the season now upon us, it's time for me to make my predictions for the 2017 season.
