Week 7 wrap up

The nice thing about the long rotation of ACC cross divisional opponents is that the Hokies don't have to go to the accursed Carrier Dome for 12 years.  Now if only they hadn't been required to return there after leaving the Big East . . .

Anyway, on to the conference races . . .

Atlantic
Controls destiny:
Clemson (4-0) has tiebreakers over Louisville, BC, and NC State.

Needs help:
NC State (1-1) needs two Clemson losses.  They have a tiebreaker over Wake Forest.
Louisville (3-1) needs two Clemson losses.  They have tiebreakers over FSU and Syracuse.
FSU (2-2) needs 2 Louisville losses, plus an extra loss from Clemson.  They have a tiebreaker over Wake Forest.
Wake Forest (2-2) needs one NC State loss, one FSU loss, and an extra Clemson loss.  They have a tiebreaker over Syracuse.

Just start winning:
Syracuse (1-2) lost to Louisville and Wake Forest.  They won their cross-divisional game.
Boston College (0-3) lost to Clemson, and both cross-divisional games.

Coastal
Controls destiny:
Virginia Tech (2-1) has a tiebreaker over UNC.

Needs help:
UNC (3-1) needs a VT loss, but has a tiebreaker over Pitt.
Pitt (2-1) needs a UNC loss.
UVA (1-1) needs a Pitt loss, but has a tiebreaker over Duke.
